With the purchase of PhotoOne Software, our clients receive Start-Up Technical Support. The Start-Up Technical Support provides all of the services described in our Technical Support Center for a period of a year. Upon completion of Start-Up Technical Support, our clients can purchase a one-year Technical Support Membership (“Membership”). This Membership provides one year of free upgrades, email and phone support. It also permits access to our Emergency Hot Line in the event something goes awry during off-hours or the weekend.
The Membership can be purchased on an Annual Basis or paid for monthly. The actual prices for the Membership vary with the price of the software – sample prices are as follows:

This is a 12-month Membership and upon expiration the client will no longer be eligible for software upgrades or support. Software upgrades are available on a fee basis and phone support is available for $75 per half hour.
