We want our clients to be always aware of any information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. This policy applies to clients who have purchased PhotoOne software and other services.
We collect complete contact information for all clients. The information we collect is used to ship product to you, notify you about updates related to your PhotoOne software and to share information on new products and services or upcoming events. From time to time, we may jointly offer a new value added service from another vendor for your benefit and will originate the mailing from our database.
We may mention your studio name and phone number to prospective studios who would like to talk to other studio owners about their experience with PhotoOne. We will always ask for your permission prior to giving your information out.
When using PhotoOne’s technical support services and our on-line backup services, the studio data that you transfer to us will be kept completely private and available only to PhotoOne staff members assigned to assist you with your data. All PhotoOne staff members are required to read, sign, submit and follow a strict confidentiality agreement to protect you and your data from all other discovery outside of PhotoOne. |
