How do you subscribe? Go to the PhotoOne blog. In the upper right hand corner is Subscribe – click on it. In the Subscribe Now! portion of the page click on GET A BLOG FOR PORTRAIT, WEDDING & LIFESTYLE PHOTOGRAPHERS I PHOTOONE SOFTWARE DELIVERED BY EMAIL.
In the EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION REQUEST pop up type your email address, type the spam code and click on the COMPLETE SUBSCRIPTION REQUEST.
Please check your email inbox for a verification message from “FeedBurner Email Subscriptions”, the service that delivers email subscriptions for PhotoOne. You will need to click a link listed in this message to activate your subscription. If you don’t get the message in 10 minutes or less, please check your Junk folder.
2nd Point:
We have started to put our client’s names and website links up on our blog and at this point we have about 100 clients listed from the United States, Australia and New Zealand. We are trying to get up another 5 to 10 a day which should keep us busy for the balance of the year.
As you all know, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a big part of Web 2.0. The more you do to optimize your website the better your ranking with the search engines resulting in a higher position in the rankings. One of the most important criteria for SEO is inbound links. One of the best methods for gathering inbound links is having your community subscribe to your blog. Each link we are posting on our blog is helping our clients with their SEO – and quite frankly our link is more valuable than most because our Website ranks very high in the SEO world.
