PhotoOne is releasing an Upgrade tomorrow which contains the following features and benefits:

1. Do you run term payments in your studio? PhotoOne has added a screen to centralize the processing of term payments. The resulting benefit is a quicker and more efficient routine that cuts the time it takes to process what was a necessary but time consuming job. Check out our blog post “How to set up term payments in PhotoOne” which includes a short video walking you through the new steps.

2. Are you looking for more powerful sorting capabilities? PhotoOne has further enhanced the email function with a sorting feature which will allow you to define the emails you create so they can be sorted by email usage (Marketing, appointment reminders, newsletters, etc). You can further select to view active or inactive templates or view all templates if that makes the most sense.

3. Could you use a little more flexibility around your Workflow? PhotoOne understands that a well defined and time tested Workflow is critical to your efficiency and time management on a project. We have added additional Workflow features which allow you to better tailor your studio’s real Workflow process. You can now tweak your Workflow based on “Adding a Customer”, “Booking an Appointment”, “Session Date”, or “Workflow” added when the order date is added to the order, even if you have previously saved the order without an order date. You can start the workflow before or after certain events, such as before a Session Date and/or after a Session Date. Look for this blog post in the coming days which will include a short video walking you through the easy, new steps to create more flexibility in your WORKFLOW.

4. Would you like the ability to show different price lists to different clients? PhotoOne has enhanced the software to address this issue. When you are photographing a Senior and go to put the order in PhotoOne you want the price list for Seniors and not your Wedding price list. The software will now automatically default to the price list corresponding to the Business Category. You no longer need to worry about having a properly synced price list when you move between your Business Categories.

5. Do you want your printing function more streamlined? We decided that some of the redundancy was just that, “redundant.” Based on your feedback, we have streamlined the process.
