In this third part of our series introducing you to the PhotoOne and LabPrints integration, we’ll show you how to set up multiple price lists in PhotoOne.
The great thing about setting up multiple price lists is that it streamlines the product/pricing process when you have two, three or four different business categories at your studio. By clicking on SETUP>PRICING>PRICES you have the option for a business category and corresponding product/prices. Take this opportunity to assign the appropriate prices to the products in the business category: Portraits, Weddings, Seniors etc.
Even if you have the same product for multiple business categories, you have the flexibility to create two or more different prices. If it turns out that you have a miscellaneous product/price and no associated business category, you can go ahead and set it up as “No Category Assigned.”
This wonderful new feature, which is part of the LabPrints integration, will simplify your workflow and eliminate any possible confusion related to multiple products/prices with your studio.
