Like Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Lightroom, PhotoOne is one very indispensable tool for your studio.
It is a robust studio management program that can help you reconnect with your clients. If you already own either the Studio or Premium versions of our program, then follow these 12 steps to create your client email list.
1. After you launch, PhotoOne, go to Marketing / Customers
2. If you are asked to clear tags, say “Yes”
3. Click “Search” in the bottom right corner
4. If you are asked to restore criteria from before, say “No”
5. Click the “Finish” button
6. Locate the “Email” box in the right hand column, 3rd from the bottom and click the button between “Email” and the white text box
7. Click the “Contains” option in the left hand column
8. Click the “Change” button in the right hand column
9. In the box, type in the @ sign, and then click “OK”
10. Click “OK” again to close that window
11. Click “Begin Search” and then when it asks “What do you want to do?” click “Select”
12. Once it’s done searching it will show you a list of all the tagged clients who have an email address
You can send an email directly from the window you are in to all your tagged clients, or you can export the names to Excel.
