On April 1, California businesses woke up to a sales tax increase.

As a photographer in business, you are now expected to change your tax rate in whatever studio management system you are using to track your client orders.

If you are using PhotoOne Software, though, you can quickly make the change to automatically assess your clients the correct amount and be tax compliant as a business.

In the video below, Susan takes you step-by-step on how to make this change. What’s great about the video is that it isn’t specific to just photographers in California who use our studio management software. This tip is good for anyone, anywhere in the United States and Canada.
