Are you currently using Windows Vista? Did you know that Vista has a known issue that inhibits PhotoOne’s email editor from performing correctly and allowing you to create custom email templates for your clients?
Microsoft has released a fix for this issue and you can download and install it by following this link and Microsoft’s instructions.
Please note: Prior to installing the Microsoft patch, you should close PhotoOne on your Vista Machine.
